Precision delivery for the therapies of tomorrow.
Our Science
Precision Targeting
Many delivery systems rely on untargeted nanoparticles to find their target, which is why over 90% of untargeted systems end up in the liver instead of the diseased tissue they're meant to reach.
KuriBio's nanoparticles use a multi-biomarker targeting system: each ligand plays a role in homing the nanoparticle to the target cell and delivering the payload while avoiding the healthy cells around it. Our multi-target approach is already outperforming untargeted and single-marker targeted systems in preclinical testing.
Beyond RNA
Most lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platforms in the market today are only built to carry RNA or small molecules.
KuriBio's platform is engineered to encapsulate and deliver a broader range of payloads, including DNA and proteins, with high encapsulation efficiency confirmed across therapeutic types. This flexibility means the same delivery infrastructure can support gene therapies, protein therapies, and next-generation modalities as they emerge.

Precision medicine only works if delivery is precise.
We're building the “last mile” delivery platform to get novel therapies to the cells that need them — and we're looking for partners and investors who want to build it with us.
